1.0 Review of Previous Minutes

2.0 Constitution

Examples were brought to the table and it was agreed that although the Constitution for MDSA was self explanatory, it was a bit lengthy and too involved for T12M.

3.0 Gareth Southgate Meeting

JD explained to the group about the potential meeting with Gareth Southgate, although there has been movement on this, and an alternative date is required from Dave Allen.

4.0 Website

Steve ???? from Boro Nation is willing develop a website for circa £450 which could take around 2/3 weeks. Included on the website will be a gallery, info on away fans and how we rate them, guest editorials, minutes, voting and possibly audio.

All group members to bring with them to the next meeting a comprehensive outline of what they think should be included which can then be handed over to Steve.

5.0 Flags

Following the set up of the website it was suggested that there would be online voting for the new flag. Images would be posted and fans are able to choose online.

6.0 Fund Raising Night

GT has been asked by The Falcon public house about another fundraising night. GT to establish available dates and if everyone is in agreement, to advertise another 'Boro Quiz Night'. It was suggested that it was easier than last time, and the questions could be sourced from the Internet.

7.0 AOB

There is potential 'service funding' available through Tees Valley Professional Services Group, which needs to be applied for. At the moment, if the website is set up through Steve ???, it is not clear what services we would require.
