2.0 Legends Banner

Mick Dunne has contacted GT for help with sourcing imagery. GT has contacted Graeme Bell at MFC to forward relevant images which have been written to Disc and passed on to Mick. GT also to enquire if there are images available from the Evening Gazette via Anthony Vickers. Rob Nichols who was also present at the meeting will review his image collection. Images are to be head and shoulder shots only to retain a size and presence.

It was suggested the banner be an overall white canvas and red lettering with Boro Legends in the middle, and the legend images each side expanding away for possible future additions. The information for each legend will include the name, appearances and goals only.

T12M to establish a completion date with Mick Dunne.

3.0 Communications

JD suggested that basic communications need to improve between members of the group and to keep all supporters aware of all activities via current message boards. It was agreed that an updated website would be a good way easing the situation. It was confirmed at the meeting that all T12M meetings would be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
JD to contact Peter Brock for the current T12M mailing list to issue future information on meetings minutes, meeting dates and public postings.
All group activities to be posted on the website, FMTTM etc.

4.0 Drum

Although GT emailed Dave Allen at MFC regarding the possible use and sanctioning of a drum there has been no response. Due to issues within the management team at MFC, this may be the reason behind no response.

There is a mixed view between the group as to the drum and where it might be located etc.

5.0 Stadium Announcements

There was an unconfirmed piece of information that Alastair Brownlea may be replacing Mark Page at MFC.

No response from Dave Allan regarding this matter.

6.0 Gareth Southgate Meeting

The meeting with Gareth will go ahead on Tuesday 20 November at 6pm at Hurworth. It was decided that Geoff Thomas, John Donovan, Dave Dyson, Paddy Cronesberry and James Umpleby would all attend. These individuals would note their questions and post to each other to produce a list of at least 6 items to be discussed should the opportunity arise. This could include players acknowledging the fans, Gareth's passion, relaxed stewarding.








7.0 Constitution

The Constitution was issued, and all attendees to review and give their opinion at the next meeting.

8.0 Financial Report

Dave Dyson gave an overview of the financials; this information can be viewed if requested in writing with 7 days notice to a member of the committee.


9.0 MySpace

James is to develop a MySpace and FaceBook account to try and reach an audience in the absence of a website.

10.0 AOB

Dave Dyson proposed a Twe12th Man fundraising event at a future away game. To be discussed further.
