Drum poll. At last months meeting it was agreed that a poll by MFC as to the introduction of a drum to the games would receive our support.

2) Twe12th Man activity for FA Cup 4th round tie.

Geoff Thomas contacted MTFC to see if we could arrange a card display in the away end for this match. It was discussed at the meeting that alternatively the use of the heritage flags; the Gibson banner or fans own banners and scarves may be used to brighten the away end up. As yet no reply has been received.

3) Singing section.

James Umpleby raised the point that the group needs to be prepared if the club ask our opinion on where the singing section should be situated, should the survey results suggest that fans are in favour of it. It was decided to await the outcome of the survey before taking further action, though it was a decided that a central position behind the goal would be the preferred option.

4) Website.

There has been no movement from last month regarding the offer made by Stuart Bookless to host the new Twe12th Man website on the b17mb site. It was decided that Stuart Bookless, James Umpleby and Geoff Thomas will get this site up and running ASAP.

5) Banner for new signings.

James Umpleby suggested a new banner be made to welcome future signings. A simple strip of white plastic was suggested with a welcome message painted in the language of the player on it. This is something that was thought of as a good idea, cost and sourcing of the materials need to be looked into. James Umpleby to pursue.

6) Merchandise.

Twe12th Man branded merchandise was discussed as a way of raising awareness of the group plus as a way of raising funds for future projects. Geoff Thomas agreed to meet with David Price of Phoenix Designs to follow up on a previous meeting.
7) E-mails and correspondence.

E-mails read out regarding goal celebration music and people wanting more information about the Twe12th Man. Hopefully the website will be able to give all necessary information.

8) A.O.B.

Use of Twe12th Man logo for a sponsored event by Dave Dyson. After discussion it was agreed to allow this.

It was mentioned to the group that Dave Allan had told Tony Byng that the refusal to allow the Portsmouth drummer into the Riverside with his drum was at the request of the Twe12th Man. This is not true. Geoff Thomas agreed to contact Dave Allan to clarify the matter.

The group was told that MFC would like another meeting with the Twe12th Man, this was unanimously agreed to. The content of the meeting to be clarified with Dave Allan. John Donovan to pursue.

Another fundraiser at the Falcon Inn was suggested and agreed. Date to be decided.

The suggestion of contacting other Middlesbrough supporters groups with a view to visiting them and discussing the Twe12th Man and its aims was approved. John Donovan to pursue.
